Ryan Davis, Engagement Manager & Global PRM Lead, Salesforce.com
Ryan has over a decade of experience in the PRM/CRM industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 500 clients to plan, implement, and maximize their investment with applications in this area. Ryan is the Global PRM Practice Manager in the Customers for Life (CFL) organization at Salesforce.com. In this role, he supports Salesforce.com’s largest and most strategic customers and prospects with credibility and relevant application examples and experience, having directly worked with the largest and most strategic deployments of Salesforce.com PRM. Prior to Salesforce.com, Ryan worked at Deloitte Consulting, based out of San Francisco in the CRM practice as a Siebel Certified Consultant. He has a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
Mukund Ramaratnam, Vice President Marketing, Zyme Solutions, Inc.
Prior to Zyme, Mukund spent 10 years in marketing, business development and consulting roles in the technology industry. Most recently, he led AMD’s consumer business, responsible for PC go-to-market efforts in retail worldwide, and also led market development initiatives for emerging markets. He was previously with Amazon.com and McKinsey & Co. Mukund has a MBA from the Wharton School, and a B.Tech in Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Ted Dimbero, SVP Operations, Zyme Solutions, Inc.
Ted is responsible for Zyme's US Field Operations and all aspects of our global solution development and delivery to clients. Prior to Zyme, Ted spent seven years in various consulting and product development leadership roles at i2 Technologies, the market leader of supply chain management software. As Vice President of consulting at i2, Ted delivered supply chain transformation projects globally to a broad base of high-tech companies across the semiconductor, OEM and distribution sectors. Ted was also the head of information systems for Hitachi Semiconductor America. Ted Dimbero has an MS in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
