Zyme's Benchmarking Diagnostic is the quickest way to get a one-time comparison of your company's global channel performance. Getting started is simple: We begin with a brief consultation and a download of your company's historical POS and inventory data. Zyme uses our proven world-class methods to validate and prepare the data for benchmarking and analysis.

How It Works
Zyme's Benchmarking Diagnostic compares your company's performance across 10 to 15 selected markets to the Tech Channel Index pool of aggregated sales and inventory metrics. The Diagnostic identifies under- and over-performing markets, assesses partner performance within key markets, and recommends steps for improving data quality and channel performance. Based on the Diagnostic, clients can choose markets of ongoing focus. The process takes between two and three weeks to complete. After the initial diagnostic test, clients can access monthly reports comparing performance across their most critical markets.
