Role: Software Engineer – Informatica B2B
Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

• Design and develop B2B transformations for EDI and other formats using Informatica B2B Data Transformer
• Design and develop quality plans for data validations using Informatica Data Quality
• Setup connectivity with external partners using Informatica B2B MFT and B2B DX
• Design ETL processes using Informatica to load data from various data sources to target Data Warehouse
• Informatica mapping, session and workflow design
• Dimension, Fact & Aggregate Tables - mapping, session and workflow design
• Design and develop DB Stored Procedures
• Informatica Server Administration
• Informatica Change Management

Required skills

• Strong experience in B2B MFT, Data Exchange and B2B DT is required
• Strong experience in implementing EDI translations is required
• Hands on experience in complete suite of data integration products from Informatica
• Experience in using Informatica SDK for customizations is preferred
• Strong grasp and hands on experience in design, development, implementation and support of DW applications using various ETL products.
• Database access and SQL queries (using JDBC, ODBC, SQL etc.)
• Database design and implementation
• Hands on experience in MySQL/Oracle/MSSQL.
• Strong back ground in writing stored procedures/functions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge in B2B DT, DX, MFT, Power Center/ Power Exchange (Version 9 and above) and Data Query
• Knowledge and experience in developing and integrating supporting components written in shell scripts and/or Java is desired
• Knowledge and experience in Data Quality, is desired
• Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by the team

Required experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant areas

Other

• Experience in the areas of channel management and supply-chain preferred

Education

• Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized university/institute
