Eno Schmidt is a Partner in KPMG's Silicon Valley Risk and Advisory Services (RAS) practice with over 20 years of business experience including more than 10 years with KPMG. He has managed and delivered various contract compliance services for clients, both domestically and abroad including detailed Project Management Office reviews and Channel partner reviews. Eno holds a BA in economics from UCLA and an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago. Eno is a CPA licensed in California, a member of the California Society of CPAS and AICPA, Licensing Executives Society, and the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management.

Matt Behan is a Director in Contract Compliance Services (CCS) for KPMG. He is a channel management and technology professional within the CCS group, and has been with KPMG for over 11 years. He has many years of experience in performing and coordinating reviews around the globe and in managing KPMG's world-wide resources to ensure delivery of timely and high-quality services. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Liverpool, UK Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the ICAEW.
