Know Your Partners, Know Your Business

TrueID-Peak enables customers to make accurate partner incentive and sales commission payments by assigning the reseller and end customer names on sales transactions to the appropriate partners. A “payment grade solution,” TrueID cleanses the sales transactions reported by your channel partners and, using a proprietary matching algorithm, matches the names to those in the “Peak Master.” The Peak Master, a limited list of strategic partners and enterprise end customers, is created by comparing the customer’s list to Zyme’s Global Channel Directory, the customer partner master, and historical POS data. This process, in turn, improves the quality of customers’ master data.

TrueID enables customers to retain their existing data terminology. For example, Zyme may report a company as “Amazon, Inc.,” while our customer retains the name “Amazon.com.”  Additionally, different independent companies can be grouped and reported under one company group, as when “Magnell Associate” and “Newegg” are both reported back as “Magnell Associate.”  Finally, partner names in local languages can be translated into English and the English name reported back along with the local language name. For example, “Медиа Маркт Екатеринбург,” reported in Russian, can be translated to “Media Markt Ekaterinburg” for reporting purposes.
