- Collect Data in Multiple Modes and Formats. Zyme is able to receive data from partners in all known formats, including EDI, spreadsheets, flat files, XML, free-form text, etc., over all possible modes of transport including EDI, FTP, Email, Fax, uploads by partners to Zyme's portal and downloads by Zyme from partner websites.
- Cleanse Data, powered by robust rule-based software. Zyme's platform offers a number of robust file and field level validation capabilities that quickly identifies and resolves the majority of known errors in POS data .
- Reach out to partners to resolve exceptions. As part of Zyme's compelling Service-ON-Software
business model, Zyme's channel data analyst teams follow up with partners, via automated portal notifications, email and phone, to resolve any material exceptions such as late or incomplete submission of files, or incorrect data within the files.
- Enrich the Data with Additional Product and Sales Territory Information. Zyme rapidly maps the received raw POS data into richer information categories for analysis. Examples include adjustments for fiscal calendar dates, product hierarchy information, pricing and valuation of inventory, and sales territory information.
- Return clean data to clients. Zyme's Analysis Portal offers a unique way for clients to view their cleansed channel data with slice and dice and drill down capability. In addition Zyme returns processed data to clients through secure, encrypted transmissions in a variety of formats into client datawarehouses and ERP environments.
- Ensure partner alignment and compliance. Clients can view scorecards of partner performance and data compliance, and through Zyme's web-based portals, partners are able to review and confirm inventory balances, and see statements of their historical performance.
