Role: Client Services Lead
Location: Bangalore, India

Responsibilities

  • A Client Services Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day business process management and development of a client team. Also will be responsible for driving the team to meet timelines and deliverables and maintain the quality standards
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by the team

Required skills

  • The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of general business processes including details
  • Should have the ability to drill into details
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency to ensure client expectations are consistently met
  • Maintain extensive contact with clients and serve as the key resource for day to day issues
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word
  • Direct the team to handle plan or client specific questions
  • Ensure that the team delivers quality service to our clients, that accuracy and time standards are consistently met
  • Manage client business process and identify areas for continued improvement
  • Ensure that the team is an effective resource for the client and for other teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex issues/data with a high level of clarity and impact

Required experience

  • Bachelors degree /MBA with 3 to 5 years experience in the Analytics space
