Chandran Sankaran
Chandran Sankaran is Founder and CEO of Zyme Solutions. He focuses on ensuring the sustained delivery of client value, business growth and profitability and growth of company core skills and capabilities. Prior to Zyme, he was Chairman and CEO of Closedloop Solutions, an enterprise software company that he founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1999. Closedloop was acquired by Lawson Software (NASDAQ: LWSN) in October 2003. Prior to Closedloop, Chandran was the Vice President and head of the high-tech markets business unit of i2, the market leader in supply chain management software, where he was responsible for successfully driving global revenues in excess of $100 million. He was previously with McKinsey and Company as a senior consultant serving the executive teams of major high-tech corporations. He has also held engineering and management positions with Hewlett-Packard Company. Chandran has an MS in Computer Science from Yale University, and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Madras. At IIT he was the recipient of the Governor's Medal, awarded for all-round achievement to one graduating student each year. Ted Dimbero Prior to Zyme, Ted spent seven years in various consulting and product development leadership roles at i2 Technologies, the market leader of supply chain management software. As Vice President of consulting at i2, Ted delivered supply chain transformation projects globally to a broad base of high-tech companies across the semiconductor, OEM and distribution sectors. Ted was also the head of information systems for Hitachi Semiconductor America where he was responsible for all the business, engineering, manufacturing applications and infrastructure to support Hitachi's North American facilities. Ted has also previously held management and engineering positions at Harris Semiconductor, where one of his business transformation programs was awarded the 1995 Franz Edelman award for management science achievement. Ted Dimbero has an MS in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida. Daya Kori Daya has twenty years of experience in the IT, Telecom and the Business Process Outsourcing industries in India. Prior to joining Zyme, she was Director of Human Performance at Accenture, where she was responsible for developing strategy for recruitment, training and Quality management. She also led process improvement (Six Sigma) and a number of certifications such as ISO and COPC. Prior to Accenture, Daya was part of the founding leadership team at CustomerAsset where she worked with clients across industries like Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, and Travel. CustomerAsset was acquired by ICICI OneSource where she was responsible for end-to-end service delivery as Center Head. In addition, Daya worked for Motorola India where she led their Operations and Quality function in their services division. Daya has a Diploma in Management Studies from Oxford University and a Post graduate degree in Mathematics from Delhi University. She is also a certified 6-Sigma Black belt. Mihir Mehta Prior to Zyme, he spent 10 years in various managerial roles in finance and operations at Cisco Systems, General Electric Company (GE), Genentech and Arthur Andersen. He has held financial leadership roles in the areas of contract manufacturing, commodity management, plant operations and business unit P&L management. He was extensively involved with inventory analysis and risk mitigation and in the realignment of contract manufacturing relationships at Cisco. At GE, Mihir was part of the GE Audit Staff where he worked on global assignments across several businesses in the areas of six sigma implementation, risk management, acquisition integration, and financial and process audits. Mihir Mehta has a Masters degree in International Business from University of South Carolina where he was the J. Fred Hamblen Scholar and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai, India. Mukund Ramaratnam Prior to Zyme, Mukund spent 10 years in senior marketing, business development and consulting roles in the technology industry. Most recently, he led AMD's consumer business, responsible for PC go-to-market initiatives in retail worldwide. He also led AMD's market development initiatives for emerging markets like Brazil, India, and China. He was recognized for IT Leadership in India by the IT People Awards in 2006. He was previously with McKinsey and Company as a consultant serving the executive teams of Fortune 500 companies in technology, healthcare, and financial services. Mukund also held marketing and business development roles at Amazon.com. He has also held engineering and management positions at Waste Management, Inc. Mukund has an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an MS in Chemical Engineering from University of Southern California, and a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT, Bombay. Gary Bohe-Thackwell Prior to Zyme, Gary served as VP, Finance for Hitachi Data Systems, a global supplier of computer storage management solutions. In that role, Gary was responsible for financial planning and analysis, corporate reporting, procurement, facilities, and risk management. Prior to joining Hitachi, Gary was VP, Finance for Hyperion Solutions for four years until their acquisition by Oracle. At Hyperion, Gary had responsibility for FP&A, treasury, procurement, facilities and business performance management. While at Hyperion, he developed an integrated planning process which included a multi-year rolling plan. He was previously with Closedloop Solutions as the senior financial officer. Gary also previously held senior financial and technical management positions at Lockheed Martin focused on building the commercial information technology business. Gary as an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the University of Denver and a BS in Finance and Psychology from the University of New York based on studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT.) |
