Zyme engineering team is looking for a software engineer to join our web developer team.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong design and development skills
• Orientation to contribute both as a lead as well as an individual contributor
• Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex challenges faced by the team

Required skills

• Object-oriented methodologies
• Prior experience with working on fast paced milestones using flexible and adaptive methodologies
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
• Model & design databases for high volume and high availability
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

Technical required skills

• Web Services (apache, IIS), PHP, MySQL, PEAR, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, AJAX Frameworks and Python.
• Able to write DHTML.
• Able to create AJAX work flow for the development.
• Able to create AJAX widgets.
• Able to program on PHP.
• Exposure to a database preferably MySql
• Exposure to a SEO techniques

Required experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in relevant areas of responsibilities

Other

• Added advantage if candidate have an experience in python
• Added advantage if candidate have an experience in ASP, ASP.NET and JSP
• Added advantage if user have the Photoshop experience (convert image to HTML and create new images)

Education

• Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized university/institute
