Role: Client Service Lead
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities
- A Client Services Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day business process
management and development of a client team. Also will be responsible for
driving the team to meet timelines and deliverables and maintain the quality
standards.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills; and ability to research, follow up
and resolve complex issues or problems surfaced by the team
Required skills
- The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of general business
processes including details
- Should have the ability to drill into details:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency to ensure client
expectations are consistently met
- Maintain extensive contact with clients and serve as the key resource for day to
day issues.
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word
- Direct the team to handle plan or client specific questions
- Ensure that the team delivers quality service to our clients, that accuracy and time
standards are consistently met
- Manage client business process and identify areas for continued improvement
- Ensure that the team is an effective resource for the client and for other teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present complex
issues/data with a high level of clarity and impact.
Required experience
- Bachelors degree /MBA with three to five years experience in the Analytics
space.
