In addition, the Zyme process will discover important sales and inventory issues as well as insights into channel and marketing program performance.

As data is collected, detailed service level metrics are created for each client, which are constantly measured to ensure continuous process improvement. Our channel analyst team, with strong domain expertise in channel analytics, identifies, resolves, and escalates exceptions as needed. We then deliver the cleansed and enriched data and reports to customers for use in their ERP systems or other desired formats. Zyme's operations are SAS 70 Type II (Audit) and ISO 27001 (information security) certified.
